Our story began when our first client, a landlord, handed over his London property for us to manage.

He was recently retired, and his goal was to create a substantial revenue stream to supplement his modest pension. Terra Property Consultancy immediately implemented a strategy that helped our first client expand and reach his property goals.

What made this plan a success was that it was completely suited to him.
We made a plan around his budget, risk appetite, and most importantly, his financial objectives.
